Every session is built around the check-in you just did: how you said the day feels, and how much energy you've got. Those two answers shape what you're offered, so the movement meets the day instead of ignoring it.
On a steady, capable day, that might mean a longer, fuller set with a bit more range. On a tired or tender day, it shrinks to a handful of calm, simple movements. Same app, very different session — on purpose.
It's worth saying plainly: the short version is not a watered-down version. It's the right amount for that day. A session being brief doesn't make it lesser, any more than a quiet walk is a lesser thing than a long one.
If you'd rather not check in at all, that's fine too — you can always jump straight in and we'll keep it gentle by default. And once a session starts, nothing is locked; you can adjust it as you go.
The thing we'd gently ask is this: trust it. You don't have to earn the longer session or feel cheated by the shorter one. Whatever today gives you is enough for today.
