You can tell the app a little about your body — the areas that tend to need the most care, and anything you live with day to day.
It's completely optional. The app works fine without it; this just lets it stop guessing. When you mark your areas, the movements you're offered lean toward them instead of being chosen blind.
So if your lower back and hips are usually the story, you'll see more that's built with them in mind. If it's your neck and shoulders, the same. It's a quiet way of making the session feel like it's actually for you.
Bodies aren't fixed, though, and neither is this. What needs attention this month might be different next month, and you can change what you've marked any time — it's never set in stone.
We'd rather you tell us a little and get something that fits than have the app pretend to know you. A minute here makes every session after it feel more personal.
