After a session, you can leave yourself a little something — a note about how it felt, or a photo of where you were when you did it.

There's no template and no prompt to perform for. A line about your morning, a word for the day, a picture of the light in the room — whatever's worth remembering, in as much or as little detail as you like.

It's yours, and only yours. No scores attached, no judgments, nothing graded. We're not measuring your reflections; we're just giving them a quiet place to live.

What's lovely is what happens over time. One note is just a note. A few months of them becomes a record — a soft, honest picture of you showing up, on the easy days and the hard ones, in your own words.

You can look back whenever you want, and you might be surprised by what you find there. Often it's evidence of more steadiness than you felt while you were living it.

Capture as much or as little as you like. The point isn't a perfect journal — it's a trail you left for yourself.
