A session here isn't a fixed script you have to get through. The moment you start, it becomes yours to shape.

Right from inside the session you can add a movement or take one out, make a hold longer or shorter, and skip anything that doesn't feel right today — no penalty, no explaining yourself.

That matters because your body doesn't always agree with the plan once you're moving. Something that felt fine yesterday might not land today, and you shouldn't have to push through it just because it's on the list.

So treat what you're given as a starting point, not a contract. If a movement isn't working, change it. If you've got more in you, add a little. If you're done, you're done.

Nothing you adjust counts against you. There's no 'completed correctly' here — there's just you, moving in the way that fits the day.
